Tejal Dabhi is a dynamic force actively promoting natural, organic, and herbal products alongside farmers and entrepreneurs. Beyond this, she is deeply involved in education, art, and cultural activities.
Currently based in Chamba (Himachal Pradesh) and Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Tejal is passionately researching local arts and products. Her mission is to elevate this invaluable knowledge to a global platform, engaging the local community in the process. Alongside her dedicated team, Tejal is establishing an organization aimed at enhancing rural tourism in remote/village areas and its neighboring areas. Their goal is to immerse Gen Z in the rich cultural tapestry of remote/villages while creating sustainable income opportunities for the local populace.
Before embarking on her current endeavors, Tejal spent over two decades with the Sristi NGO, founded by Professor Anil Gupta from IIM. Her multifaceted role included coordinating across various levels—working closely with farmers, funding agencies, and prestigious institutions like IIM and IIT, as well as government departments in multiple languages. Beyond coordination, Tejal actively contributed to research, technical tasks, IT-related initiatives, and proofreading-editing work for the organization. She was an integral part of organizing committees for events like Sattvik, Shodhyatra, and award functions.
Additionally, Tejal served as a coordinator in the newly formed Aatmvikas organization. With unwavering confidence, she spearheaded critical steps during the organization's inception. These efforts included establishing a weekly organic farmer's market, creating projects for women empowerment, and collaborating with initiatives like Matrabhasha Abhiyan for Pustak-Parab. Remarkably, even from Chamba, Tejal continues her association with Aatmvikas, contributing to its impactful work.
